With magazine friends from the VDub Campfest, VAG Cafe, VW Club of South Africa sporting Dub Run shirts, and more, in attendance, the Volkswagen Kariega factory, along with the factory backed Volkswagen Motorsport HQ open their doors for a visit and meeting.
That also included a visit to the factory museum, the AutoPavillion, which is 100% worth a visit if you find yourself near the southern most tip of Africa.
We think this is super cool to see, and wish that more regions would bring enthusiasts inside the warmth of the company grounds.
With SA Campfest (the new name for Vdub Campfest) just a few months away, and summer starting in the Southern Hemisphere, we’re sure there will be lots more cars and fun coming from South Africa soon.
